Q1. How long does delivery take?
A: Once you place your order, it may take 1–2 days to process. Delivery usually takes an additional 7–12 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Q2. What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@theprimebazaar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
